Everything syncs up fine, but I was hoping to replace my watch. There is no calorie burn counter, so I cant, which makes this unusable IMO. Add calorie burn and Ill rate it higher. As it is, I dont even bother with it.

This POS app doesnt support older phones. Some people cant afford to upgrade their phones every time apple craps out a new piece of $600 hardware.
I just bought the Polar H7 and it synced immediately and worked fine for my workout this morning. Only question I have is is there a way to collect and save the data?
I have little to no problems with mine.
Will not detect heart rate with the bowflex setup that is specifically for this app.
This app is skillfully crafted specifically for Cardio workouts --- head-and-shoulders above others of the same ilk. It still needs to incorporate a workout log as soon as possible, since such a module is a "must-have" in any apps development. I would hazard a guess, however, that the developer will soon include a workout log, music, and possibly a cadence meter--- all standard fare for this type of app. BTW, if you have problems linking to BLE, make sure 60beat HRM is the only app synced with your device (remove others from memory by closing them) and it will connect instantly. (This may be a glitch the developer needs to review as BLE probably should recognize several devices simultaneously). IT A GREAT APP AND THE DEVELOPER DESERVES YOUR SUPPORT.
Sync from App, Not from settings menu on phone. Easy! I like the customization.
A phone call on iphone5 resets the workout.
I was happy to see that the updates include calories burned but I dont think they are accurate. When I try to save my age, weight and gender, it keeps setting it back to a 165 pound man. The app will stop counting time in heart range during a work out even if the timer is still going so you dont know what percent you are in a range when you finish. I deleted this app and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work. Until its fixed Ill have to find a better app which is so disappointing.
Searched for several days for an app that would just track my HR using a HR monitor. I have cycle and fitness apps that use the GPS, and when exercising, I use these but they burn the battery quite rapidly. I wanted something to just record HR whilst I was not exercising to full capacity or just walking. The bonus is that the app tracks HR zones based on heart rate. I am using a scosche HR monitor and it works well with app.
This app is good. I like that it monitors my hr, gives calories, and all that but besides that I dont like that it wont let my Bluetooth headphones play while the app is open. If they fix that and allow you to close the app while using it, then I would give it 5 stars.
The app had been working excellently. It was simple and did what I needed: Monitor my HR and count the calories I burned. I got their monitor and everything. However, after the IOS 8 update it stopped measuring my bpm! I tried contacting them, but I cant find how or where. I hope they update the app soon to match the update
A great company that will continue to work with you to meet your needs and find a solution
With the new operating system it will not connect to my Bluetooth heart rate monitor.
The app works terrible w its own app!!!!! But, it syncs and works perfectly w my cyclemeter bike app. I have no idea why it doesnt want to work w its own app. It doesnt keep sync while Im working out. I ran today for 3 miles and it only registered 17 mins- I dont run fast, I ran for 30 mins. The physical strap is around my chest and my phone is on my arm!!!! But, once again, it syncs and works perfectly w my cyclemeter app.
This app would be great but it constantly disconnects and I have to reconnect manually. I have only been using it 15 minutes and it hasnt been out of range where it should disconnect. Im using the 60 beat blue heart monitor so there shouldnt be any problem! Also why do you have to manually connect every single time? Cant it remember my device? And does the first time use/instructions screen really have to come up every time I open the app? This app is a big disappointment.
This was working great for a few days, but now it wont connect to my polar blue tooth monitor anymore. It is "paired", but wont connect. I tried deleting and downloading the app again, but it still wont work. Very frustrating!!!
I love this app. It does exactly what I want and nothing more. So many apps are cluttered with tons of features I dont want. With this, I can see my heart rate while I workout and see what zone its in. I can record my heart rate during a workout session and email myself the results. It syncs easy enough with the chest band once you get it down with a little water and the user interface of the app is better than most. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the email yourself the results (great feature) doesnt work on my wifes Galaxy phone while does perfectly on my iPhone and theres no support for tablet which would be better to monitor while I workout because of the larger screen size. Those two complaints aside, I still highly recommend.
Use this with Jarv 4.0 low energy heart rate band and work great. Im using it on iPhone 5.
Used to work prior to ios8 - now just disconnects constantly - very disappointed with this app.
