Works terrible w the 60beat monitor app

The app works terrible w its own app!!!!!
But, it syncs and works perfectly w my cyclemeter bike app.
I have no idea why it doesnt want to work w its own app.
It doesnt keep sync while Im working out. I ran today for 3 miles and it only registered 17 mins- I dont run fast, I ran for 30 mins. The physical strap is around my chest and my phone is on my arm!!!!
But, once again, it syncs and works perfectly w my cyclemeter app.
