Crashes, disrupts music, wants 2 access mic

At first they thought the app was really great but then, every time I would turn it on, or switch from this app to another app my music would stop playing. The first time I started the app, the app asked to access my microphone. Of course I clicked no but I suspect its still accessing my mic without my permission. Why does a heart rate monitor app need access to a microphone?

The app started crashing in the middle of a workout so I would lose all the data.

Not happy...
